After 13 years I came to another creative career cross road whilst a freelance designer and content creator
Each time feeling lost, stuck and left behind
I felt like there was no one I could turn to give me creative direction on my portfolio whilst also steering me on a path inline with live job market appetite
Then one day whilst reflecting on past employer hiring processes I'd been involved in and some awkward experiences as a candidate whilst figuring out my next career move
I'd suddenly realised the need for creative knowledge in recruitment
